Clarie is born on June 11th, 1988, in Brisbane, Australia. Her full name is Claire Rhiannon Holt. Her mother is Ann Holt and father’s name is John Holt. They are of Australian descent. Career
Claire Holt, as a teen was actually planning to have a career in medicine. She was starred in a commercial when she was just a high school student, as she wanted to earn some extra money. She began her professional career when she landed the role of Emma Gilbert in a Television show called H2O: Just Add Water, while she was still a teenager. She played her role for two seasons and appeared in more than 50 episodes. She then was featured in another hit movie called ‘Messengers 2: The Scarecrow’ which was her first movie and was released in 2009.
She also appeared in one of the main characters in ‘Mean Girls 2’ released in 2011 and also played Samara Cook in the Television hit Series called ‘Pretty Little Liars’ which was a favorite among the teens. In the same year, she landed the role of Rebekah Mikaelson in another TV series ‘The Vampire Diaries’ and another role in ‘The Originals’ and in 2012, she played the lead character in the film ‘Blue Like Jazz’.
In 2015, she starred in ‘Aquarius’ a TV drama series for the NBC created by John McNamara. In 2017, she acted on a hit film called 47 Meters Down as the film was a hit and took around $11.5 million in its first week. Holt is still believed to star in another movie called ‘The Divorce Party’ along with Matilda Lutz and Thomas Concquerel, which is a romantic comedy genre directed by Hughes William Thompson.
