Aaron was born in California in a place called Cupertino. His mother was Mary Martha Eckhart and his father was James Eckhart. His mother was an artist, poet and a writer while his father was a computer executive. He has two brothers elder to him. While his mother was English by descent his father is of German Russian descent. Aaron spent his early childhood being raised in a Mormon and also spent two year in missionaries in Switzerland and France. The entire family then relocated to England in 1981. In England, Eckhart studied in American Community School. This gave him the first exposure in acting and laid the foundation for his film acting career. He also spent quite a bit of time in Sydney Australia where he had a chance to further hone his acting school. Aaron completed his graduation in 1994 from Provo, Utah with a degree in Fine Arts.
Personal Life
Not much is known about the personal life of Aaron apart from the fact that he met and dated Emily Cline who was also an actress. However, the engagement did not last long and they got separated in 1998. He always prefers to keep his intimate life under wraps and is known to be hesitant about sharing it before the media and other sources.
