Shemar Franklin Moore was born on April 20, 1970 in Oakland, California. His parents are Marilyn Wilson and Sherrod Moore. He is of mixed ethnicity, his father African American, while his mother is Irish. He also has sibling Sheburra Moore, Shenon Moore, Romeo Moore and Kosheno Moore.
