Her full name is Logan Maile Lei Tom, the very well known volleyball player who plays in the position of an outside hitter. An outside hitter is the one who blocks and hits on the court. She plays both indoor volleyball as well as beach volleyball. She took birth on 25th of May in 1981. She is presently 35 years old and her hometown is Nape in California in U.S. She has a height of 6”1, weighs 77 kg with a spike of 306 cm and a block of 297 cm. From the year 1999 to 2016 she has played for many teams and has done wonders in the field, and impressed everyone with her perfect game, perfect hits and a clean game. For the teams that she has played include Dinamo Moscow, Guangdong Evergrande, RC Cannes, Halkbank Ankara and finally for Jakarta Pertamina Energi in 2016. She has won the FIVB World Championship, FIVD World Cup, Olympic Medals and many more awards in many categories.
At a young age of 19 she was selected in the American Olympic Volleyball team, and is known for her attack and defense moves. Initially, she played both basketball and volleyball and took yoga seriously but later decided to make a future in volleyball. Tom attended Standford University (1999- 2002) but did not graduate from there as she had to leave to complete her major for International Relations 2002, thus she officially graduated in 2014. Professionally, she appeared for the first time in the Brazilian team in 2003, and was a part of Sydney Olympics in 2000. In the year 2008, she was given the title of “Best Scorer” in the Olympic games. From 2004 to 2007 she took to playing beach volleyball and in 2010 she was given another title of “Best Receiver” at the World Championship.
