Lea Gabrielle first came into this world in the year 1975 and was born in Alexandria situated in Virginia, United States of America. Her birth name was Lea Gabrielle Potts and she belongs to white ethnicity and is an American by nationality. Not much is known about her childhood days or about her parents. It is also not known whether she has any siblings or not. She did her schooling from the Mount Vernon High School and as a student, she was very bright. It was during her school days when she participated in the Westinghouse Science Talent Search and was able to become one of the runner-ups of the competition. Her interest in aviation was ignited at a very young age and she went on to join the US Navy Flight School situated in Florida, the United States of America in the year 1998. Upon her graduation from there in the year 2000, she secured her Naval Aviator Wings and also got the license for being a commercial pilot. After gaining the eligibility to become a pilot, she joined the United States Navy as a fighter pilot. She was assigned a single seat F/A 18 Hornet and she worked with there for almost twelve years. During her time at the United States Navy, she used the flower as her call sign. She played many significant duties during her time at the United State Navy and at the time if Operation Enduring Freedom, she performed skillfully as an intelligence operations officer. She was also given the duty of being a public affairs officer of a squadron and she also performed the duty of an intelligence operations officer when she posted in Afghanistan with a Navy Seal Unit. She also became the landing signal officer during her time at the United States Navy and she also served as a defense foreign liaison officer.

After being a part of the United States Navy for a long time, she left it after working diligently for twelve years. After that, she joined the New York Film Academy in the year 2009 and went on to graduate from there with a certification in digital journalism. She then joined the NBC News in the year 2010 but left NBC in the year 2011. She then went on to join KNSD-TV as a military reporter in the year 2011. She quit working there as well in the year 2013 and joined Fox News Channel as a correspondent.

Talking about her personal life, she was married to Greg Sutton, but the relationship ended in divorce. Her ex-husband Greg is known to be a system Engineer at the Johns Hopkins University. She has several fans on social media and there are several photos of her which are available on various sites.
