Her father was an architect while Mina moved to London to study nursing. However, Katherine’s parents divorced when she was just two years old. Her mother, grandmother and grandfather brought her up. The family over a period of time migrated to San Fernando Valley in California. Since Bell moved around quite a bit she was a part of many cultures and influences. She spoke Persian in her home. Katherine Bell got married to actor and production assistant Adam Beason and the marriage took place on May 8th, 1994. Katherine had a son and daughter out of her marriage with Beason.
