This is a biography of Wentworth Earl Miller III who was born on 2nd June 1972. Wentworth was born in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. His parents are Roxann and Wentworth E Miller II. Roxann is a special education teacher while Miller II is a lawyer and teacher. Wentworth is of mixed heritage as his father is a convolution of various descents including Jamican and English. His mother is of Russian, French, Dutch, Syrian and Lebanese descent. Wentworth has two siblings Leigh and Gillian. Wentworth moved to America with his family when he was a year old. He graduated in English Literature from Princeton University in 1995.

Wentworth now lives in Vancouver, Canada. Although he denied being gay to InStyle magazine in 2007, in 2013, he came out as a gay. He declined an invitation to attend the Saint Petersburg International Film Festival because of Russia's LGBT propaganda law that bans propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations. He stated this in his statement as he said he could not be a part of any celebrations when people from his community are not treated well.
The struggle with his sexual orientation was reason for his suicide attempts as a teenager. He says he has struggled with depression since childhood. He was also subjected to a body-shaming meme, so he took to Facebook to defend himself, explaining that his 2010 weight gain was due to depression. His involvement with the Mankind Project has helped him with being part of a community. Wentworth will now be an Ambassador for Active Minds, a mental health charity.
Wentworth moved to Los Angeles in 1995 to pursue his acting career. His first break was in Buffy the Vampire Slayer as a student turned sea monster. He later started in ABC's mini-series Dinotopia. In 2005 he got a break in the famous television series Prison Break. He was cast as Michael Scofield, a caring brother who schemes to help his brother out of prison. He received the Golden Globe Award nomination for Best Actor in a Dramatic series.
Wentworth was part of Mariah Carey's music videos as well as other television series like Law and Order: Special Victims Unit and the film Resident Evil: Afterlife. He has been nominated for 2 Black Reel Awards, 4 Teen Choice Awards. He was awarded the second place for Best Male TV star for Bravo Otto award and Best Screenplay for Fangoria Screenplay award. He won the Saturn award in 2015 for Best Guest Starring Role on Television. He was listed in the People Magazine list of 100 Most Beautiful People in the World in 2007.
Wentworth is rumored to have a boyfriend. Luke MacFarlane had been linked to Wentworth since they were spotted together in 2007. The two have never confirmed their relation so all this is just speculation. Since his Prison Break days, Wentworth's fame and net worth have increased manifold.
