From her biography, Rosanna Scotto was raised in the Italian-American family at Dyker Heights in Brooklyn in the city of New York. The father was an organized crime person while he worked like a lecturer at Harvard and he is called Anthony Scotto. She was born with 3 other siblings. She graduated in a Catholic Elementary School called Visitation Academy in Bay Ridge in Brooklyn. She then graduated from the Packer Collegiate Institute in Brooklyn. She went to Catholic University of America of Washington D.C and he graduated with a degree of bachelor in fine arts in the year 1980.
Rosanna Scotto started the career in the television of WTBS at UHF television station of Ted Turner in the city of Atlanta.
