Early life

Rebecca King Crews was born on 24th December, in 1965. The American actress as well as a gospel singer, songwriter, musician and executive producer was born of interracial parents. Rebecca was born in Benton Harbon in Michigan, in USA. Crews is of Afro-American ethnicity and she holds an American nationality. She, along with her siblings was raised in Gary,Indiana , by her parents. She received education in Lew Wallace High School.

While reading in school, she achieved the title of Miss Gary in 1984. In her own television project, she had appeared on screen. The television project was about her husband and children which was named, “The Family Crew”.  This reality show was translated during 2010-2011. The show was telecasted on BET channel for two consecutive short seasons. She had made guest appearances in many TV projects in the year 2014 like “The Arsenio Hall Show” and “The Queen Latifah Show”.
