Armando Christian Pérez was born on the fifteenth of January, 1981 in Miami, Florida, United States of America. His parents were happy to welcome their son. While being a child, Armando was fond of music. He was surrounded mostly by pop music. After his parents’ divorce, Perez grew up in Roswell.

During the formative years, he studied at several schools including South Miami Senior High School and Miami Coral Park High School. He had a dream to become the rapper in the future. Unfortunately, he had a bad influence of his father, and was involved in some affairs connected with the drugs. Pitbull was practicing music a lot, and soon was noticed by Lil Jon. His one of the first singles “Oye”became the soundtrack of the movie “2 Fast 2 Furious”. Armando got more fame and soon several of his mixtapes were released.
At the age of 20, Pitbull signed a contract with Luther Campbell's Luke Records. Three years later, he released his debut album “M.I.A.M.I.”. It got a huge success and became number 32 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and number 11 on the Hot Rap Tracks chart.
In the year of 2006, Armando recorded “Nuestro Himno” together with such stars as Wyclef Jean, Carlos Ponce, and Olga Tañón. There was also an album dedicated to political topic and it was released in 2006. His next album, called “The Boatlift” was seen by the world the following year. Armando created his own program named“Pitbull's La Esquina”, which was shown for two years.In 2008, he released his album “Rebelution”. It was the most successful one that was sold over 7.5 million.
Two years later, he was honored by a "Key to the City". In the year of 2010, Perez made his first album in Spanish, called “Armando”. The following year, he was nominated for Billboard Latin Music Awards. In 2011, Pitbull started to make the release of his next compositions on the RCA Records brand. His album “Global Warming” was released in 2012.
At the age of thirty three, he finally got his star on the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame. At the same time, his next album “Globalization” was seen by the world. Pitbull is very enthusiastic and hardworking person. Due to the persistent work and visiting various events, his net worth is estimated to be nearly $65 Million dollars.
