Paul Giamatti was born on the 6th of June, in the year 1967. He has two older siblings and his father, A. Bartlett Giamatti was a former professor at Yale University. His father did rise up the ranks becoming the president of the university. He also became the commissioner of Major League Baseball, also known as, MLB.

Paul Giamatti was a student at The Foote School, then went on to graduate from Choate Rosemary Hall, in the year 1985. Post this, Paul Giamatti went on to attend Yale University.
