According to his biography, Charlie Sheen took birth in the city of New York on the date 3rd September 1965 with the name Carlos Irwin Estévez given to him by his parents, Janet and Martin Sheen. His father was an actor and his mother was an artist and that’s where he got inspiration to work as an actor. He has a part Irish descent.
He grew up in Malibu alongside his 3 siblings (2 brothers and 1 sister) and attended the Santa Monica High School situated in California with Robert Downey Jr. as his classmate. Sheen was interested in baseball and acting during his high school years but he was expelled due to poor grades and attendance. He has been involved in many scandals related to the problems of his violent behaviour and substance abuse tendencies.
