Brad Pitt was born in the year 1963 on December 18th. He was brought up in Oklahoma in the United States. His parents were Jana Etta and William Alvin Pitt. Both his parents had jobs. His mother was school counsellor and his father was a business man. He had two other siblings and when he was only four years old, he moved to Springfield with his parents and siblings.
He belonged to a middle-class family and was brought up in a strict discipline. His family was very religious but he did not have any such belief in religion. He went to the Kickapoo High School along with his siblings. He took great interest in outdoor games such as golf, tennis and swimming. He was an active member in his school and was also a very good student. He used to participate in the music events and also in many of the debate competitions. He was very passionate towards music and sports and spent his free time doing such things.
He never thought of his future very seriously and wanted to pursue with his education.After completing his graduation from his high school he took an admission in the University of Missouri to pursue a major degree in journalism. He wanted to start up an advertisement business after completing his university education with journalism.
But later in his career, he was unable to find any such opportunity regarding his career. He always had a major liking for films and just after he completed his university education, he started doing theatres. During the initial years, he had to struggle a lot to achieve his career goals.
He started his career in the year 1987 and joined the Roy London coach to learn the basics of acting. In the initial years, he was offered small supporting roles. He took part in the films like No Man’s Land, Less Than Zero and No Way Out. He appeared in these three films in the same year and in the end of the year, he got the chance to make his first television debut. He was offered in the two episodes of the NBC opera which was known as Another World.
He impressed the viewers with his acting skills and next, he appeared in the CBS primetime series named as Dallas. He became very popular in the media for his major appearances in the films. In the year 1988, he got the chance to appear in the lead role in the film, The Dark Side of the Sun. There were some controversies regarding the film and it was finally released in the year 1997. His major supporting roles include in the films Cutting Class and Happy Together which were even shown in the theatres. He also made a number of guest appearances in the television series such as Freddy’s Nightmares, Growing Pains, Head of the Class and many more.
