Benjamin Edward Meara Stiller was born in the year 1965. He is an actor, filmmaker and comedian of nationality American. He is a son to the veteran actors and comedians called Anne Meara and Jerry Stiller.

From his biography, when he started the career in acting, he wrote different mockumentaries and he was offered own show named The Ben Stiller Show. He produced and then hosted the 13 episodes run. He had acted on the television before and then he started a career in the film. He made the debut as a director with the Reality Bites. With his career, he had written and starred and also produced and directed over 50 films. They include Night at the Museum, Madagascar, Tropic Thunder, Dodgeball, The Cable Guy, Zoolander and The Secret Life of Walter Mitty and Zoolander.
