Personal life

Born on 8th February, 1971 in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, actor Seth Green is the son of Barbara Green and Herbert Green. He has a sibling named Kaela Green. Seth is of Scottish, Russian and Polish descent. He belongs to white ethnicity and his birth sign is Aquarius. He was raised by his parents as a Jewish child and he had a Bar Mitzvah ceremony. Career

With the help of his uncle, Seth Green was able to appear in commercials from a tender age of seven. Besides a few television appearances, Green’s teenage years weren’t as good as they were supposed to be. He used to get only small roles which, in turn, hardly performed well at the box office. Things changed for the better in 1997 when Seth caught everybody’s attention by portraying Scott Evil in ‘Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery’. He got a bigger role in the spin-off for the movie which was now called ‘The Spy Who Shagged Me’.

Primarily, Green appeared as a guest on the TV series ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’ but later on got a regular role on the show. He portrayed Oz, an aspiring musician and werewolf, for two years (1997-1999) on the show. This was followed by several roles in films like ‘Idle Hands, ‘Enemy of the State’, ‘America’s Sweethearts’, ‘Party Monster’ and ‘Rat Race’. Green got a role in the FOX sitcom ‘Greg the Bunny’ in the year 2002 in which he portrayed Jimmy Bender.
