Kelly Cherelle Price was born on April 04, 1973 in Queens, New York. She belongs to the African-American ethnicity. She was raised in Far Rockaway, Queens by her mother, her Father died when she was just nine years old. Kelly was inspired by her mother, Claudia, who worked as a musical director of a church.
