She started working at ESPN in the year 2002 and got the opportunity of being the anchor of the show ESPN First Take. After working at ESPN for ten long years, she left the network in the year 2012 and went on to join CBS Sports and CBS Sports Network. At CBS, she is known for anchoring the show We Need To Talk.
