Brittany Elizabeth Jackson was born on July 28, 1983 in Cleveland, Tennessee. There are no any details about her parents and early years. She also has a sister Lindsay Jackson. She studied at the Bradley Central High School in Cleveland. There, she started playing basketball and during the years in the local team, she even was named a WBCA All-American. She graduated her College in the 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and Media Studies.
She started her professional career in the 2006, when she moved to California and joined the “San Jose Spiders” of the National Women's Basketball League. Afterwards, she played for the Turkish team "Burhaniye Belediyespor". In the 2008 she signed a contract with the Polish team "Finepharm AZS KK Jelenia Góra". Here career way there was pretty short and she moved back to the United States. Here, she joined the Atlanta Dream team. Brittany participated in the training camp along with the San Antonio Silverstars team in the 2010.
She is also a founder of “Brittany Jackson Basketball Academy”, which was launched in the 2012. Since 2013, she has served for ESPN3 channel as a commentator for Women's College Hoops. Now she got a successful broadcasting career and has made her appearance in such popular station like NBA TV, ESPNU and CSS.

Additionally, she served as a model for several fashion and sport magazines. During the years of professional career, she got numerous of awards and even was honored with the Tennessee AAA Miss Basketball Award.
