Dawna Friesen

Dawna Friesen, a Canadian and a television journalist, was born on 8th October 1964 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She is presently the executive editor and chief anchor of the NBC Nightly News and Global National television shows. She did her graduation with Red River College and from 1985 she has been working as a journalist. She has had the privilege to anchor and report for the CBC TV in Vancouver and also for the CBC News World.

Zoraida Sambolin

Zoraida Sambolin is an American Journalist and famous Newscaster, who was born on 10th July, 1965. She was the host of Early Start of CNN and was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. After the completion of graduation from Loyola University, she started her career in journalism, in Chicago, PBS station. From 1999 to 2002, she worked for WSNS-TV and then joined WMAQ-TV (NBC) as a freelance news anchor for weekend shows. In 2007, she got a promotion for weekday’s news anchor of NBC.

Suzanne Lisa Kolber, generally known as Suzy is a famous television sports anchor and reporter. She was born on May 14, 1964 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. In 1982, she graduated from Upper Dublin High School, and in 1986, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication from the University of Miami. While in college, Kolber started working as a sports director for Dynamic Cable in Coral Gables. Post her graduation, she worked as a video tape coordinator for CBS Sports in New York.

Lynn Colliar is a television personality who was born on November 22, 1967 in St. Andrews, Scotland and grew up in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. She went to Terry Fox Secondary and then, to Simon Fraser University and graduated with a Biology degree. Collier loves animals. Initially, she worked as an assistant at veterinary clinics for seven years, which proves her love for animals. Subsequently, she enrolled in a Broadcast Journalism program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. It was a two-year program.

Sarah Nicole Zaloumis is a popular and well-known American sports anchor who was born on January 17, 1980 at Alameda, California, USA. She is of Greek descent. Nicole grew up in Danville, California. From a very young age, she was interested in sports. She constantly talked about sports. A teacher in Vista Grande Elementary, where Nicole was a student, remarked to her mother Sarah, telling her Nicole should be on TV. As prophesied by the teacher, Nicole has found a very rewarding and satisfying career as a television journalist. In 2003 she graduated with a sports broadcasting degree from San Francisco University. From her youth she was interested in media and her dream of becoming a media personality came true. Rudi Bakhtiar

Rudi Bakhtiar’s full name is Rudi Bakhtiar and she is a renowned Iranian-American Journalist and a television news host. She is a descent of the Bakhtiari tribe on the both sides of the family. The relatives of Ms Bakhtiar include leading political figures. Even if she was born in California, she spent most of her young age in Iran and she returned in United States in 1979. She returned to the journalism like a reporter working under Fox News Channel in the 2006. She served as the advisor at the Voice of America.
