Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson is known as an American professional mixed martial artist who currently fights as a welterweight in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He is most famous for using the karate style in his fights.

Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson was born on February 11, 1983 in Simpsonville, SC. Thompson experienced childhood in a martial arts family where Thompson's father, Ray Thompson was a professional kickboxer and ran a karate school in South Carolina, Thompson started preparing and training at the age of three, under his father's guidance.
